Ubuntu 22.04+, Debian 12+, Linux Mint 21+, Pop!_OS 22.04+, Fedora (recent, beta)
systemd (for the background service)

sha256sum --check SHA256SUMS.txt

Download SHA256SUMS.txt from the release page, place it in the same folder as the downloaded files, and run the command above.
